How long before my order is shipped?
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is received. During peak times, or when experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
In the event your order is delayed, you will receive a follow-up email with more information and an opportunity for us to make it right.

What shipping options do you offer?
We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Shipping & Handling (S&H) charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on carrier, location, size and weight.
All orders over $50 USD qualify for free shipping using the code ‘SHIP50’ at checkout.

What happens after my order is shipped?
Once your order is processed, you will receive a follow-up email notifying you that your order has been shipped and a tracking number; however, it may take up to one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be transferred to the carrier (USPS).
You should expect to see your order within 3-5 business days of transferring to the carrier (USPS), however, shipping delays can occur while your order is in transit. For shipping updates, policies, or to track your package, please visit usps.com.

Do you require a signature for delivery?
Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home and the package cannot be delivered, you will receive a note from the carrier with instructions on receiving your package.

How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order at anytime while your order is being processed by sending an email to orders@revitalizinghope.com.
After your order has been completed and shipped we are unable to cancel your order and apologize for the inconvenience. If you still wish to cancel your order, we would be able to provide you with a refund according to our return policy.

Do you accept returns?
Yes we do, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a return label for any order shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Exclusions apply, read our full return policy here.
