Boutique Shipping & Return Policies

Shipping & Handling

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the time your order is received. During peak times, or when experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

In the event your order is delayed, you will receive a follow-up email with more information and an opportunity for us to make it right.

You may cancel your order at any time while your order is being processed by sending an email to orders@revitalizinghope.com.

After your order has been completed we are unable to cancel your order and apologize for the inconvenience. If you still wish to cancel your order, we would be happy to provide you with a refund according to our return policy.

We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Shipping & Handling (S&H) charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on carrier, location, size, and weight.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a follow-up email notifying you that your order has been shipped and a tracking number; however, it may take up to one business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be transferred to the carrier (USPS).

You should expect to see your order within 3-5 business days of transferring to the carrier (USPS), however, shipping delays can occur while your order is in transit. For shipping updates, policies, or to track your package, please visit usps.com.

Unless requested by the carrier, we do not require a signature for delivery. If you are not home, and the package cannot be delivered, you will receive a note from the carrier with instructions on receiving your order.

All orders over $75 USD qualify for free shipping using the code ‘SHIP75’ at checkout.

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with a return label for orders shipped within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Return your order to us within 30 days [restrictions apply - see below] from when the order was originally shipped and we will process a full refund back to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection, minus S&H and a $5 USD restocking fee, within 3-5 business days.

We do not accept returns on custom or personalized items, however, if you are unsatisfied with your order we would be happy to discuss your concerns and do our best to make it right.

We will not accept any returns for improper care of apparel or accessories as outlined within our care instructions, or products becoming damaged from uses other than originally intended. If the product appears to be damaged from improper care or use, we reserve the right to respectfully decline your refund request.

Boutique Affiliate Program

By applying to become an affiliate of our Boutique, you are agreeing to the privacy policies and disclosures outlined on this page.

Upon completion, please allow us 5-7 business days to process your application, and if approved, prepare your Welcome Packet which will provide you with more details regarding the program, instructions on how to access the affiliate area of our site, and your affiliate agreement.

Please note that your affiliate links will not be active and you will not be granted access to the Affiliate Area of our site until your Welcome Packet is completed and returned to Revitalizing Hope. If you do not return your Welcome Packet to us within 7 business days, we will proceed under the assumption that you have since changed your mind regarding becoming an affiliate of ours and decline your application.

Comment Policy

The purpose behind Revitalizing Hope is build a community where other link-minded women in recovery can find healing and support, any comments that are not in alignment with the mission of Revitalizing Hope or comments that are derogatory, profane, negative or malicious towards others will not be tolerated and you will be removed with or without warning.

Sharing Your Story

Revitalizing Hope has a section designed to highlight testimonials of other women in recovery. If you would like to have your story featured on our ‘Women In Recovery Series’, please email us your story and a head-shot directly. By submitting your picture and story, you are warranting that you are at least 18 years of age and voluntarily allowing Revitalizing Hope to publish your submitted content onto our site, and are waiving any rights to your story that would be of monetary value from being hosted on our site.

In return for having your story highlighted on our site, at our discretion, we may link content directly to you, your social media accounts or a website of your own. We will not link any content directly to you, your social media accounts or your website without prior authorization from you.

Your story will be highlighted with only your first name, such as “Meet Courtney”. By submitting your story and picture to Revitalizing Hope, you are acknowledging that Revitalizing Hope and its founder, Courtney Baron, reserves the right to edit the submitted content prior to posting and you are also acknowledging that not all submissions will be featured on Revitalizing Hope.

Coaching Programs

Revitalizing Hope offers various coaching programs to help other women in recovery become the best version of themselves they can be through one-on-one and group coaching. In order to register for one or more of these programs the individual must be at least 18 years of age and complete a Meet & Greet with our founder to ensure we are a good fit for each other.

Pre-registering for any coaching programs does not guarantee an individual a spot in that program. Payment plan options are available for these programs, additional fees may apply if terms are not being met. A promotional discount may be given to individuals who pay in full at time of registration at the discretion of Revitalizing Hope. Registration isn’t complete until payment is received and all required documentation is complete; documentation varies by program.

Referral Program

Revitalizing Hope offers a Referral Program as a thank you for referring friends and family to one of our coaching programs. The Referral Program is currently available only to previous coaching clients who are in or have completed one or more of our programs.

The Referrer will receive a $25.00 USD Amazon eGift Card and the Referred will also receive $25.00 USD off of their coaching program of choice. The Referrer will receive their Amazon Gift Card via the e-mail provided to Revitalizing Hope within 30-days of the Referred’s completed registration. Registration is not complete until payment is received and all required documentation is complete for their coaching program. The referral credit for the Referred will be applied prior to any promotional discounts.

In order for either party to receive credit under our Referral Program, the Referred must note who they were referred by upon scheduling their ‘Meet & Greet Session’.

Revitalizing Hope reserves the right to cancel, change or modify any aspects of the referral program at any time, with or without notice.
