EP 6 | Learning to Love Yourself Again: Rediscovering the Woman God Created You to Be
Every February, we hear a lot about love–love for our significant others, our children, and our friends–but what about ourselves?
We’ve been so busy tending to everyone else’s needs and making sure they feel loved that somehow, we’ve forgotten about ourselves in the process, and actually do the opposite!
Instead of loving ourselves in an incredibly hard season, we end up treating ourselves poorly, saying mean and hurtful things, things we would never dare say to anyone we care about or love.
If you’ve ever struggled to truly embrace who you are, battled shame from your past, or if you’ve felt like you’re not enough, I want you to lean in, because this episode is for you.
We’re going to talk about what it means to love yourself the way God loves you–in a way that reflects His grace, truth, and purpose for your life. We’ll unpack how to break free from guilt and shame, overcome negative self-talk, rediscover your identity, and take small but powerful steps toward self-love and healing.
My hope is that by the end of this episode, you’ll walk away feeling lighter, loved, and reminded of just how incredible you are!
So reheat your cup of coffee and let’s get started on learning how to love yourself again and rediscover the woman God created you to be!
